Directions From The North Side Of Town (Marietta/Norcross)
1–75/85 south, past the stadium, to the second exit – Exit 243, Langford Parkway (Highway 166). Go west on Highway 166 to Sylvan Road (2nd exit). Take a right onto Sylvan Road, go (5) red lights to Dill Avenue (1.4 miles). Turn left on Dill and office is on the right.

Directions From The South Side Of Town (Jonesboro/College Park)

Directions From Greenbriar Mall Area/Ben Hill
Highway 166 east to Sylvan Road exit. Exit right then left to the traffic light and turn left. This will be Sylvan Road. Go (5) red lights to Dill Avenue (1.4 miles). Turn left and office is on the right.

Directions From Decatur
1-20 west to Lee Street, Exit 55B. Exit right then left over the interstate. Stay on Lee; go pass the Marta rail station. The road will fork – go right, which is continuing on Lee (Main Street) to Campbellton Road. (Campbellton Road turns to the right, Dill Ave turns to the left.) (Oakland City Station is located at intersection) Turn left onto Dill Avenue; continue until you come to the office on the left. (approximately 5/10 of a mile)

Directions From Douglasville
1–20 east to Lowery Blvd., West End, Exit 55A. Exit right. At traffic light turn right. (Lowery Blvd.) Go down Lowery Blvd. Until it dead–ends into White Avenue. Turn left and go to the traffic light and turn right. (Lee Street) Stay on Lee Street until you come to Campbellton Road. (Oakland City Station is at intersection) Turn left on Dill Avenue; continue down Dill, office will be on the left.

Riding The Bus Or Train
Ride the train to the Oakland City Transit Station. At the Oakland City Transit Station tell them to take the 93 (Sylvan Hills) and to tell the bus driver they need to come to Sparlin Health Care clinic. The bus driver will deliver them to us.
