Sparlin Health Care has been listed by Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the top 25 health providers in the Atlanta area. Our staff consists of 8 doctors of chiropractic, 1 medical doctor, 1 Physician’s Assistant, and a support staff of 12.

Dr. Sparlin received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1952 from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1954 he successfully wrote the Georgia State Board examinations. He established his practice in Southwest Atlanta during the same year.
Dr. Sparlin was honored in 2002 by the International College of Chiropractic for rendering valiant service in the advancement of the chiropractic profession. Dr. Sparlin served as a trustee of Logan College for nine years as well as chairperson of the trustee for seven years (through 2002.) He served as past president of the Georgia Chiropractic Association and is currently a member of the American Chiropractic Association. In addition, he served on the State of Georgia Board of Examiners for 12 years.
Dr. Sparlin has been married to Virginia, since 1950 and they are the proud parents of a son, a daughter and have four grandchildren. Their son is Dr. Samuel Jay Sparlin and their daughter is Mrs. Ann Marie Skinner. Their grandchildren are: Zackary, Caroline, Emily, and Clara. Dr. Sparlin is a member of the Second Ponce De Leon Baptist Church.

Dr. Samuel Sparlin’s hometown is Atlanta, Georgia. He majored in biology at Valdosta State College and Oglethorpe University where he received his undergraduate education. He then attended Life Chiropractic College and acquired his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1988. Dr. Sparlin has completed special studies in x-ray, industrial ergonomics, Cox and Markey distraction techniques, Graston technique, communications and management.
Dr. Sparlin is the CEO of Sparlin Health Care, L.L.C., the largest chiropractic/medical facility east of the Mississippi River. Sparlin Health Care has served the people of Georgia and the South Eastern United States for over 55 years, since 1954.
Professional memberships have included the International Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, Georgia Chiropractic Association, Georgia State Peer Review Committee, and Georgia Academy of Industrial Health Consultants. Dr. Sparlin served on the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners for 5 years and is a member of the International Chiropractic Knights of the Round Table. Dr. Sparlin has been an examiner and has participated in question selection for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners since 1998. Currently, Dr. Sparlin serves on the advisory board for The Bridge Youth Counseling Center.
Dr. Sparlin enjoys and is regularly active in running, hiking, scuba diving, skiing, spelunking, marksmanship, and cave diving. Dr. Sam and Lorraine Sparlin are the proud parents of two beautiful girls, Emily Louise and Clara Ann.

Dr. Krolikowski is from Michigan and was a Merit Scholar at Wayne State University in Detroit where he completed his pre-chiropractic studies. In 1981 he graduated from Life Chiropractic College and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He passed state board exams in Georgia, North Carolina, and Michigan. He is a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Krolikowski became part of the Sparlin Health Care team in 1981.
His continuing education has focused on the management and treatment of neck pain, lower back conditions and headaches. As a member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association he has served on various committees, including Insurance and Workers' Compensation. Dr. Krolikowski is available as a public speaker and has shared his knowledge at various employee safety meetings, church groups, schools and health fairs. He serves as the Team Chiropractor for the athletes at his daughter's high school.
Dr. Krolikowski and his wife Carole, a pre-school teacher, have been married since 1983. They are proud parents of one son, Brian, and two daughters, Lois and Kathryn. Time away from his practice is devoted to his family, church, and golf game.

Dr. Denmark is a native of Savannah, GA, born in 1956, and grew up in the northeast Atlanta suburb of Tucker, GA in the 60’s and 70’s. He is the youngest child of Elliott and Kay Denmark, also of Savannah, GA. His father was a sales representative for Cyclone Fence (US Steel) and his mother was an executive secretary for the Pfizer Corporation.
Although Dr. Denmark graduated from Terry Parker High School in Jacksonville, Florida, he attended Dekalb County schools from second through eleventh grades in Tucker. Seven of his twelve years of school he attended with out missing a day of school. He was active in sports and civic clubs while in school. His undergraduate education was at Dekalb Community College in Clarkston, GA and Georgia Southern College in Statesboro, GA. He was very active in the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in June of 1980 from Life Chiropractic College graduating cum laude. He served as a senior intern and had the third largest student practice in his class. He continues with post graduate studies each year with at least 20 hours per year. These studies include chiropractic technique, X-ray and MRI, rehabilitation and practice/patient management.
Dr. Denmark began his practice of chiropractic in July of 1980 in a private office in Madison, GA. He was very active in his practice as well as his church where he served as a Sunday School teacher and was on the Board of Trustees. He was also ordained a deacon of his church in 1986. He was very active in the community, serving as a vice president of the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce and a two time president of the Morgan County Rotary Club. During these two years his club won several awards for growth and its service activities.
In 1990, Dr. Denmark sold his private practice to begin practice at Sparlin Health Care in July of that year. He not only is one of the staff of chiropractors at Sparlin Health Care, he is also the vice president of the corporation. He is licensed in Georgia to practice chiropractic as well as Florida. He is Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He has served as an examiner for the Part IV National Boards. His professional associations include the Georgia Chiropractic Association, the Florida Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association. He has served on several committees in the GCA and ACA through the years. He is currently serving as an extension faculty member of Life University in the PEAK program. This is an opportunity to mentor students from Life University in the clinical setting.
Chiropractic is a passion for Dr. Denmark. He has had thousands of patients through the years, several even driving 60 miles one way from Madison, GA to see him. There are several patients that he has been treating with conservative natural, maintenance care since 1980.
He has always claimed to be “the world’s greatest chiropractor.” This probably puts him in a tie with several thousand other chiropractors. His love for God, his family, his nation and his profession have carried him through the tough and easy years. He continues to serve each patient with the passion for helping sick and injured people back towards health – naturally. 85 – 90% of the patients with low back pain, neck pain, headaches and injuries from auto accidents, improper lifting and falls respond to chiropractic care. All he asks is just “give me a chance.”

Dr. Vilardo was born in New York but was raised in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He received his undergraduate education at the University of Florida and Santa Fe Community College. He then continued his studies at Life Chiropractic College where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1982. Dr. Vilardo has practiced at Sparlin Health Care for over 25 years. He has completed special studies in x-ray trauma and its complications in spinal injuries.
Dr. Vilardo has been approved by the Georgia Bar Association to teach CLE (Continuing License Education) hours in soft tissue injuries of the spine. He is also a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractor Examiners.
He has been quoted as a chiropractic source in the book "Hands on Healing" and has been a guest on numerous radio and television talk shows as a chiropractor. He has also written chiropractic articles published in "Dynamic Chiropractic".
Dr. Vilardo is conversational in Spanish and is also an accomplished guitarist, drummer, and songwriter. He has been featured on CDs (see www.stevearvey.com). He is currently working on his own CD to be released soon, and plays guitar and sings in a rock/classic band by the name of Mojokatz. They appear in the Atlanta area. He has appeared with international Blues guitarist/vocalist Steve Arvey throughout the U.S.A. and in Europe. He also continues song writing with him.
Dr. Vilardo is past President of District One of the Georgia Chiropractic Association. He is serving his third year on its Board of Directors and is active in promoting chiropractic in legislation and public affairs.
His hobbies include WWII history and antique collecting. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe to assorted WWII battlefields and museums, as well as to Africa and Asia. He also enjoys traveling to Central and South America. In addition, Dr. Vilardo is a black belt in martial arts and enjoys skiing, biking, camping, and fishing. He is single with no children.

Dr. Beaumont's hometown is Atlanta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate education at Shorter College in Rome, Georgia where his major and degree is in Biology. He attended the University of Georgia where he completed post graduate work in Biochemistry. Dr. Beaumont received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College. He began his private practice in 1981.
He worked two years with Georgia Tech on the strength and conditioning coaching staff during the 1980's. He worked five years at a large Industrial Occupational Medical Clinic as a staff Chiropractic Physician. Dr. Beaumont is Certified Advanced Proficiency Rated in the Activator Methods technique.
Dr. Beaumont enjoys public speaking and is available for speaking engagement for your church, civic, or private functions.
He enjoys watching and participating in soccer, baseball, football, golf, camping and hiking as well as water and winter sports. He also enjoys politics and reading.
Dr. Beau Beaumont's wife is Susan and they are proud parents of two adopted children; their son Bret and their daughter Brittany. Together, the Beaumont family provides a loving home for their dogs Brandy and Beckham. Dr. Beaumont is an active member of a local Methodist Church where he and his family reside.
Dr. Shaunna Morrow is a native of Greeleyville, South Carolina. The youngest of five children, she relocated to Georgia in 1998 to pursue a career in chiropractic school and she has been here ever since.
Dr. Morrow is passionate about chiropractic and enthusiastic about educating everyone on the benefits of chiropractic care. She is knowledgeable about sports chiropractic and is an active tennis player and exercise enthusiast. "I believe that working out and conditioning your body can add life to your years and years to your life."
Dr. Morrow is always available for speaking engagements.
She is a loving mother to adorable one year old twin girls, Katelyn and Alyssa, and has a wonderful husband of nine years, Howard Morrow. They reside in Marietta, Georgia.

Dr. Johnny D. Brown is a devoted husband to Mrs. LaTeisha Brown and youngest son to Mrs. Essie H. Brown and the late Howard R. Brown.
Dr. Brown is a native of Chattanooga, TN which is where he attended Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences. Upon graduation in 1992 Dr. Brown was accepted to attend Lane College in Jackson, TN by way of the “UNCF” (United Negro College Fund) and several other awards and scholarships. While attending Lane College Dr. Brown served as Vice President of the student government association, Vice Polemarch of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Beta Lambda Chapter and a Member of Beta Kappa Chi science club. In 1996 Dr. Brown received his Bachelor of Science degree from Lane College and began attending Life University Chiropractic College that fall.
In the interim Dr. Brown sought to advance his knowledge beyond the core curriculum by increasing proficiency in various chiropractic technique clubs and organizations such as Activator Methods, Sacro Occipital Technique, full spine diversified, Thompson Drop and Atlas Orthogonal Basic IV.
Upon graduation Dr. Brown served as a Peer Review Doctor for 2 years where he learned the protocol on how to properly manage and treat a multitude of different spinal and non spinal conditions. All acquired knowledge was put to the test as Dr. Brown began independent contracting at a chiropractic clinic in Marietta, GA while at the same time volunteering chiropractic services at a homeless shelter in Atlanta, GA.
Outside of Chiropractic Dr. Brown has several accomplishments and certifications. In 2003 Dr. Brown was certified as an instructor in Anger Management, in 2004 was ordained as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ at High Point Christian Tabernacle and in 2006 Dr. Brown married his Best Friend Mrs. LaTeisha Brown.
This brings us to present day as Dr. Brown has now been treating with Sparlin Health Care since 2006. The blending of Dr. Brown’s training in conjunction with the various types of complicated cases that Dr. Brown has effectively treated such as headaches, neck pain, back pain and post accident injuries has developed him into being the doctor he is today.

James Sartori was born and raised on the Vermont/Massachusetts border in beautiful Berkshire County. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Valdosta State University and his PA graduate degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
During his studies at MCG, along with his didactic course work, he did clinical rotations in surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, psychiatry and rural medicine at hospitals such as Grady Memorial and Georgia Baptist in Atlanta, the Carl A. Vinson VA Hospital in Dublin, Athens General, and Fort Gordon in Augusta. He completed his internship at Fulton County Jail where he subsequently took a position supervising the medical department there for several years.
Before arriving at Sparlin, Mr. Sartori practiced internal medicine and minor surgery with what is now Piedmont Physicians Group in Buckhead and College Park. He has been an integral part of the medical department here at Sparlin Health Care since 2001.
Mr. Sartori completes approximately 50 hours of continuing medical education annually as well as attending in house and local seminars. He is licensed by the state of Georgia. He has experience in all aspects of adult medicine, focusing on pain management, orthopedic and soft tissue injury, sports injuries and physical rehabilitative processes these past seven years.
Mr. Sartori also participates in many volunteer based activities in the surrounding community. He is involved with both Tri Cities and Sylvan Middle Schools sports programs as well as working with the Special Olympics and Paralympics.
Mr. Sartori has been married to Elizabeth Pate of Richmond, Virginia since 2001. They recently welcomed their first child, a son, Calder James Pate Sartori, born on October 21st. They also have two English Labradors, Jackson and Lulu, and a cat named Zim. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is now a supervising producer on Adult Swim for the Cartoon Network.
Jim is an avid mountain biker, musician and photographer. He often combines his love of biking with his love of photography on early morning bike rides around downtown Atlanta taking pictures of the streets and people of Atlanta. He enjoys all aspects of the fine arts, specifically literature, music and film. He and his wife have traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe and look forward to continuing that tradition with their son Calder in tow.
